• Revenue growth of 42 percent over fiscal year 2009 with the addition of customers spanning Government and Regulated Industries, Defense and Intelligence, Professional Services, Legal, Manufacturing and Chemical, Digital Media, and Financial Services;
• Release of new products including conceptClassifier for SharePoint 2010, contentTypeUpdater for SharePoint 2010, and conceptClassifier for Windows Server 2008 R2 FCI;
• Enhancements to existing products including a distributed taxonomy management component in conceptTaxonomyManager and a Microsoft FAST pipeline stage in conceptClassifier for FAST;
• Achieved the Microsoft Gold ISV Competency under the new rigorous Microsoft Partner Program guidelines, adding to the Silver Search Competency
