Feb. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- The first two-bedroom homes have been reserved at the King Edgar’s Court development, where customers have taken the advantage buying their dream from off plan.

This allows homebuyers to pick their preferred home at the development and reserve it at pre-showhome prices.

Work on the 54 two, three and four-bedroom homes is now well under way, with the first due for completion early this summer and a showhome opening  planned for the development in April.

Prices currently range from £129,950 for a two bedroom semi-detached home to £275,000 for a four-bedroom detached.

Stamford Homes’ regional sales manager Melanie Parker said: “Reserving off plan enables our customers to cherry-pick their favourite new home, with all the benefits of choosing the location of their new home as well as planning the tiles, kitchen cupboard and sanitary ware.

“We are delighted that the development has got off to such a promising start.”

King Edgar’s Court marks the latest in a series of new developments planned for the East Yorkshire area – predominately close to York and Hull - as part of Stamford Homes’ long-term expansion project.

The 54 homes will be built within the shadows of the 18th century St Peter and St Paul Minster Church, one of the many local landmarks.

The development is also perfectly positioned a comfortable 17 miles from York, three miles from Goole and provides excellent transport links to the M62.

You can register your interest on the Stamford Homes website www.stamford-homes.co.uk or call Melanie Parker on 07918 907797 to make an appointment.
