In accordance with our commitment to the environment all products use natural ingredients wherever possible.  Chiva-Som products use only gentle but effective food grade preservatives.  There are no parabens, phenoxyethanol, petrochemicals, silicones, animal-derived ingredients, or artificial colours or fragrances.  The products range from 95% to 100% natural; the non-natural ingredients being those that have been added for skin safety or anti-aging benefit, such as sunscreen.

Even the packaging meets our strict code of practice.  There are no stickers, for instance, on bottles, jars and tubes, and all boxes are made of recycled paper.  The full range of 24 items is divided into body products, body massage oils and face products, and includes moisture, balms and scrubs.  All have passed our stringent stability testing and have a shelf life of 24 months.
