Brooks, IERCEF’s executive vice-president echoed the newly designated 501(c)(3)’s mission. “It’s all about preparing MSI (minority-serving institution) The Consortium is working diligently to submit 250 Gilman applications by March 1. That works out to about 24 per Consortium member. When asked, "Why 250?"
