Feb. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- The annual New Times Artopia event takes place February 23rd, 2011 at Il Bacio in Delray Beach. A culmination of art, music, and fashion, Artopia is a one-night only event designed to stimulate the senses and recognize notable artists and innovators throughout the community.

As the exclusive fashion sponsor of Artopia, the Charli Girls will produce the spotlight fashion show in conjunction with local salon, Naked Hair. The Charli Girls, founded by Michelle Gilbert and Lisa Klepper, are based locally in Delray Beach, Florida, and they currently hold the exclusive distribution rights to the London-based fashion line, Charli. Known for stylish, yet effortless clothing, has been extremely well received throughout Palm Beach and across the US.
