Feb. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Naked for Satan, an upcoming Basque-style pintxos and vodka bar, has recently installed Vectron POS system. With 50 cent pintxos from 12-4.00 during weekdays, this venue features one of the best happy hours in town. Come weekends, the place is full of patrons sampling the extensive range of spirits, wines and liquors while nibbling on chorizo sausages, corn croquettes, and caviar amongst other delicacies.

Considering the quick growing popularity, a fast, robust POS system was needed to deal with high customer turnover. The system also needed to be stylish enough to match the venue’s contemporary décor.  

Owners Max and Pat Fink weren’t new to Vectron System and were impressed by the simplicity, speed and robustness of the POS system installed at their other venue. They found the POS screen designs and flows to be highly intuitive and therefore simple to train staff on. Space constraints in the high traffic bar area demanded toughened touch screens with a small footprint.

Interactive table plans, flexible reporting and intuitive screen flows are all part of the design. Extensive PLU selections with special options far exceed those of a conventional cash register. The restaurant table map and product range are both clearly laid out and the excellent display quality of the monitor allows perfect reading even from unfavorable angles. All terminals can be customized to suit the needs of individual points of service. Management control is easy with easy use back office PC reports to track sales, trends, busy and slow times.
