FFITS launches Professional Members Program to help inform & educate individuals on green IT

After the recent company name change from 'Computers Off' to the Foundation for IT Sustainability (FFITS), a global not-for-profit organisation, has extended on its programs by launching a Professional Members Program, aimed at helping individuals in business, IT and environmental roles to stay up to date on green IT and promote the implementation of Green IT best practices, and encourage the development of more sustainable technology alternatives.

The Professional Member program from FFITS enables individuals to stay up to date on the latest Green IT trends, technologies and news, at the same time supporting a worthwhile cause.

Benefits of joining the program include monthly webcasts from global green IT experts, a comprehensive annual green IT guide, exclusive discounts on green IT products and services, listing in the professionals directory and a 15% discount on the FFITS Certification for businesses to name a few.

At the time of press release, the Professional Members Program had already gained over 95 new members.
