The Retail Bus Tour is Arriving in Miami-Dade County, FL

Feb. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Boca Raton, FL – February 1, 2011 -- The Retail Bus Tour, Inc. (www.retailbustour.com), a new marketing and networking event specifically designed for the shopping center industry will be making another stop in South Florida.  The company has announced the second Tour will be taking place in Miami-Dade County, South Florida on March 24, 2011.

During this full-day event, property owners, brokers and retail tenants will visit and learn about many major shopping centers in the Miami-Dade County market area.  An estimated 150 industry professionals will ride on chartered buses (accompanied by police escorts), each with "on-board" moderators guiding attendees through approximately 35 retail properties, providing information on each property, including rental rates, existing and upcoming vacancies and future redevelopment plans. The Bus Tour, which costs $99 per attendee, will include a sponsored breakfast and lunch and will conclude with a cocktail and networking reception for all registered participants along with two additional stops for refreshments in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon.  The breakfast will take place beginning at 8:00am and the buses will depart at 9:00am promptly and will return at 5:00pm for the cocktail and networking reception.  All attendees will receive a Backpack filled with give-away items provided by various sponsors along with a Tour-Book complete with brochures and detailed descriptions of the centers showcased on the Tour.  

According to Gary Broidis and Larry Brooks, Founders, and twenty (20) year industry veterans, “the Broward County Retail Bus Tour that took place in October, 2010 was a huge success and extremely well received in addition to providing new deals, contacts and information for all attendees.  There were over 130 people in attendance and over 37 properties were featured on the Tour”. The Bus Tour provides property owners and their representatives a new platform to showcase their properties to real estate industry professionals as well as retail company representatives.  “Additionally, this venue provides a networking opportunity for all industry personnel to share ideas and market information.” said Mr. Broidis and Mr. Brooks.
