TESTIMONIALS: Parts Department The parts department is the real diamond in the rough. They are extremely helpful and friendly. They'll find the parts you need and give you some tips on installing it etc.. They always seem to have all the parts in stock at reasonable rates. For example, the OEM oil filters are cheaper than the crappy Fram oil filters you get from Walmart. No long wait, you get in, and you get out. First to admit I bought my last 3 cars here. I think the sales and service departments are top notch. They don't come off sleazy. Which is why I keep going back. They're not going to promise something they can't deliver on and they don't pressure you (not getting phone calls or e-mails weeks after you come in to "look" and then leave). Great Service, Low Price Was unable to get my Subaru repaired at a couple of other shops, so I brought it to Roto Subaru. I got it back fixed the same day!!! The price was very reasonable. Roto recommended some routine maintenance, but I couldn't afford it at that time. I compared maintenance prices to other shops and found Roto lower in price, so I went back and had the work done. Not only was my car ready earlier than expected but the bill was actually lower than the intial estimate! They even washed the car inside and out! Roto has just earned themselves a very happy and loyal customer. Best Experience in buying a car ever After shopping around online, I found the type of car I wanted to buy - a Mercury Sable. I emailed several dealers to get a price. Roto responded to my email that same day. Roto was quoted me the same price or less than the other dealers that responded. I got the impression they would be opened to negotiation. I went to their Arlington Heights location and was impressed with their willingness to bring the price of the car down without much haggling at all. The sales staff was polite and not over bearing. I would recommend Roto to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Service is worth the drive I brought my car in to the service department for a couple of repairs that were badly needed on my car, it was running awful. The service manager, I believe his name was Brandon, called to tell me several other issues with my car. I could not afford these repairs and he was so understandable. He told me one or two that were really needed and gave me the list of other repairs that would be needed along with the price. My car runs so much better now.
