Alexey Trigolos, Elinext Group IT Service Director, gave a presentation on the bonuses and benefits for Elinext Group employees as well as the new internal web portal, featuring vacation manager and other useful tools. Eugene Grinkevich, Elinext Group Business Development Director, presented the new corporate website and SEO strategy. The Questions and Answers part wrapped up with a lottery with a one day-off special prize. Employees spoke their heart while addressing the most pressing issues of the company well-being. “Very productive 90 minutes” said Ilya Haliashevich, Elinext Group Business Development Manager, host and moderator of the convocation. “The new brand name was introduced and many questions answered.” Elinext Group is currently in the process of new brand development. This task is accomplished largely with the help of the new corporate website. However, the company staff are gradually getting used to innovations in external as well as internal relations of the company.
