Jan. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- The deadline to enter the Perspective Magazine Awards Program, which will highlight the best companies from the timeshare and fractional industry, has been extended to February 28th, 2011. The extension is a result of the significant demand shown from industry businesses and the need to include everyone looking to participate according to Perspective Magazine President and CEO, Paul Mattimoe.

“With nearly 100 award entries received so far, it became quite evident recently that there was more to come but that they would arrive after the deadline date, and so we have extended the entry date to give companies more time to participate – but we urge companies to ensure their entries are in before this final deadline as no further extensions will be possible,” said Mattimoe.

Leaders from throughout the timeshare and fractional world will come together and compete for the coveted titles of “Best In Region” and “Best In The World” across a variety of categories as Perspective Magazine draws from each of the magazine’s four title areas of North America, Europe & Middle East, Asia Pacific and South Africa.

GNEX 2011 and the Perspective Magazine Awards Gala will take place at one of the most desirable places on Earth, the celebrated Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, on May 11-12, 2011. Professionals from 14 different nations including the United States, Canada, Mexico, England, India, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa have already booked for the event.    

During the two-day event, decision-makers will take a comprehensive look at the industry from a global viewpoint, examining creative new ways for developers and resorts to grow their businesses. Workshops discussing international best practices and new strategies to gain and maintain customers will provide outstanding value for delegates. The expo will also incorporate an iqfop exhibitor hall, networking sessions, a welcome reception, open networking time and areas for individual business meetings in addition to the Perspective Magazine Awards Gala dinner.
