Gospel is paramount universally and Rahn Anthoni is all things Gospel

Let us start from the latter, and then work our way to the beginning....

Rahn’s defining characteristic is what emits from his spirit when he sings and how he gathers his thoughts to create a resonating message from God that touches all that are privileged enough to partake in it.

While many singers are looking to stay politically correct, Rahn only seeks truth and divine ways to convey his not so common story in a way the common man can comprehend and appreciate.

Rahn Anthoni was born in Jupitar, Florida -- you see Jupitar is Jupitar. Not flashy, flamboyant, cocky, loud or even trendy --- which is intricately --- all surface. What Rahn has brought to Jupitar and to the world --- what he sings about is what lies beneath, at the very essence of his soul, his father's soul -- grandfathers soul.

The core of an unknown town such as Jupitar is also at the helm of Atlanta, Los Angeles, Harlem, Chicago, Saint Louis and many other cities. It's up to the people to create their own success "filled" stories, Rahn Anthoni has done just that.

In a recent interview Rahn says, "My ministry is to let all of God’s children know that he is still in the healing business and that he is still on the throne”.

Rahn’s music resonates with the challenges of faith mixed with glimpses of a life less traveled. He sings on the spiritual perspective of real life, everyday situations and has the confidence to live in and under the power and authority of God.

The Crossover, the New Revolution in Music

Rahn Anthoni although a gospel artist, has also crossed over into a number of different genres, collaborating with some of the most famous names in Hip Hop and R&B. He celebrates spiritual and unshakable faith so powerful that sitting still, complacent in one genre is not an option. Rahn has successfully helped to put the soul and fever back in R&B. He feels his musical message should not be conveyed to a single group of listeners but the entire spectrum. No matter where he stands musically, Rahn simply owns the lyric cognizant that he’s simply preparing the listener for deeper intimacy with Yahweh.

“Positive, gospel, inspirational, hip hop, r&b music, whatever you want to name it, if you’re singing it, you’re teaching lessons to other people. You better make sure you are okay with that message when you are at the throne of God,” Rahn said.

That leaves us to the description of Rahn Anthoni, the Gospel/Crossover Singer.  I guess this is the part whereas we list the names of which he’s worked with, and that will hopefully bring some sort of creditability to his name and most importantly to his music.  We could do that, but we won’t .  What we will do is say his music is old Gospel and new Gospel. It has a certain bop to it that’s missing on today’s music circular.  His music is his therapy, your therapy and mine.  Some of his music is fun, some of his music is dark, but it all comes from a real place.

His new single "Hold On" is a testament to this and is one of the most empowering songs that Rahn has recorded thus far.
