Westcombe Homes: Design and production of a suite of brochures

Jan. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Specialising in the creation of mixed-use schemes throughout the capital, one of their current projects is the conversion of an old BT building situated in the heart of High Holborn opposite the Chancery Lane London Underground station. The new scheme includes the creation of nine luxury residential flats, as well as commercial offices and retail units.

Westcombe Homes tasked GQ Property Marketing with their brochure design which presented the challenge of producing a suite of property brochures designed to help promote and sell the different aspects of the development.

First of all, the team at GQ created extensive CGI for the project, so potential customers could visualise how the scheme would come to life. The CGI illustrations where then incorporated into the cover designs of the brochures. We also introduced a unique colour strip to each design, so every brochure in the suite was easily identifiable.

A clean and functional layout, including maps and floor plans, was then used on the interior brochure pages. This gave the designs a contemporary and highly professional image, perfectly suited to the target audience.
