The article, written by Jen Kramer, recounts a complex job conducted by Plumb and his crew at the Ritz Carlton Beach Residence Inn.  The residents of this condo complex, located right across from the beach in Lido, Florida called in Plumb and his team to renovate the slippery second deck of their parking garage floor, which began to pose a safety hazard.

The condo owners had many requirements and conditions for Plumb. The job had to be done in five days because of the presence of very expensive cars such as Bentleys that had to be moved out. They wanted no noise before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. They were also worried about polluting fumes that could arise from the floor coatings and other materials.

All of these concerns were soon put to rest. Plumb and his crew delivered a top notch garage floor in less than five days. The only time there was noise was on the first day when the grinding of the old floor’s sealer and concrete was necessary to recoat the new floor.
