InMotion Real Estate Institute Partners with Academy Mortgage and DR Horton!

Jan. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- InMotion Real Estate Institute's instructors, Juanita McDowell and Clyde Anderson, also of CNN taught the CE class "FHA Just What Your Real Estate Agent Needs to Know" to a great group of real estate professionals.  DR Horton's Cynthia Guy hosted the event.  The agents were greeted with hot coffee, water and fruit.  A nice lunch was served to the agents during the break.  At the end of the class, Cynthia held two $25 drawings for agents who visited the available homes in the community.  Todd Blake of Academy Mortgage was also present to greet the agents and offer his services.  

The agents were anxious to learn all there is to know about FHA from Juanita and Clyde.  The FHA Challenge was exciting.  This is a game where the agents are divided into two teams each with a leader, and they are given points for questions asked.  This process is called Reverse Learning.  The agents also shared real life experiences, which made for a great class.
