Nova Verta design department plans Green Solutions for its paint spray booths

Jan. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- However, the Design and Planning department of Nova Verta carries out a program to improve more and more the performances of its plants, to eliminate toxic emissions and to reduce fuel consumption. "The traditional painting of vehicles and furniture is not a work at the highest level in the context of ecology, yet the use of our paint installations and of the innovations that we've been producing  represents a valuable effort to make it "Green", to keep it up with the times and not at all pollutant". This is the opinion of Nova Verta, invited to reflect on "ecology" in a recent meeting.

Nova Verta paint installations, from the simpler to the most complex one, are rigorously designed, manufactured and assembled according to the strictest environmental pollution laws, and they are also certified for workers benefit, whose health is protected during all production phases.

The development and design division ensures an integrated approach to prevent and reduce the toxic emissions in the air, to manage the waste, to increase the energy efficiency; it always pays great attention to the market requirements in terms of sustainability, energy efficiency, and to the national or international law that regulates the emissions of free volatile dust and prevents the discharge of dangerous substances. The use of an advanced filter system, of strict instructions for the maintenance and the parts replacement represents a warranty of primary importance concerning the emission of toxic fumes. Through technologically advanced exhaust systems the suspended dust particulates are trapped into the filters reducing substantially the environmental impact.

The technology applied by Nova Verta helps to reduce and optimize coating and drying time, allowing to contain the costs, a factor that should encourage the use of professional systems. The introduction of new options such as Premix Gas Burner, Wind System and Touch Screen 2.0 improved the already good results obtained so far in the consumption data of energy, processing time and consumption of spare parts.
