Rugosa Restaurant in East Hampton offers a "You and Me are We" Valentines Weekend Prix Fixe Menu

Jan. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- For $100 per couple, guests dining at Rugosa over Valentine's weekend will have the option to partake in the restaurants first "You and Me are We" menu.  The menu offers separate appetizers and entrees for him and her that can be eaten alone or shared by the diners to create a new dish.  The Dessert is a single dish shared by the couple.  Reservations are suggested for those planning on taking part in this dining experience to ensure availability.  This special menu will be offered from Friday February 11 through Monday February 14 (Valentines Day)

Sharing is encouraged.
Dress up her salad with a little Tuna, combine your entrees to create an unforgettable Surf and Turf and excite each others taste buds by mixing and matching the flavors in the dessert sampler for your partner.  Interact and Have Fun.

Seared Tuna with Tomato Compote and Nori Vinaigrette

For Her:
Frisse Salad, Mango, Daikon and Ginger

Main Course
For Him:
Filet Mignon, Truffled Potato Terrine and Braised Greens

For Her:
Butter Poached Lobster, Root Vegetables and Lobster Carrot Sauce

Dessert
Couples will enjoy a sampling plate consisting of a variety of tastes and textures to share and explore.  Some items include Red Wine Sorbet, Chocolate Hazelnut and Honey Mousse, Cherry Cheese Cake Lolipops and Chocolate Caramel.
