Finances-Get Out of Debt and Do Not Go Back!

Jan. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Finances- Finances, Finances. We deal with finances everyday in someway. Whether we
are spending money on necessities like food, clothing, and household bills. Some of us are trying to save money to help execute a now or future plan. Many of us are planning on opening up a new business. We have questions on our business plan, theme(s) for our business, the number of employees to hire, location and marketing of our business. We have so many questions on who, what, where, when, why, and how. Sometimes it can appear to be overwhelming. So many questions, so many answers, which one(s) are right for you may not be right for someone else.

To quote my wife, “Finances are a very personal thing.” First and foremost shake off any fear that may present itself.  I am a Christian and when I have to deal with any area of fear, I go to this scripture, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7).”

Simply put, God did not intend for fear to be a part of our lives. He gave us Power.  Creflo Dollar says, “Power is the ability to get results.” This means utilizing the authority that God has invested in us to His Glory.  Love is the ability to forgive and embrace resolved matters without malice.  It also means being strong so we can abound in all good works to the excellency of GOD.  God has called us to be walking, talking, breathing examples of who He is. Having a Sound Mind, as my own Pastor John P. Kee states, is simply clear thinking. We have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) so our minds are renewed in His thinking. The scripture says “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.” (Ephesians 4:23-24). When we have clear thinking we can receive God’s instruction and execute it effectively.
