Burr comes highly qualified with more than 30 years of retail management in strategic planning, merchandising, catalog and product development and has held multiple leadership positions at Bloomingdales and Calico Corners. In her new role as a Master License at Decorating Den, Burr will be responsible for recruiting new franchise owners, developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, in addition to serving as a liaison for her region and DDI’s corporate office on various brand building programs and sales initiatives.
