Blue Asset Management LLC Is Selling Millville, New Jersey Property

Jan. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Charles Blumenkehl, managing partner for Blue Asset Management LLC announced that his company is selling their interest in a property near the downtown section of Millville, New Jersey, in Cumberland County.

According to Charles Blumenkehl, "Our decision to sell our Millville property is consistent with our plan to maintain our assets closer to our northern New Jersey base". Blumenkehl continued, "By leveraging our well built and controllable infrastructure in northern New Jersey, we are able to maintain higher margins on our returns through superior execution."

Blumenkehl said his company will continue to move toward this strategy as it divests itself of properties owned in the Southern New Jersey region in favor of new investments the fund is making in real estate in northern New Jersey.
