Manselle Media completes acquisition of competitor CORE Brand Management
New venture will serve to strengthen company focus on offering innovative corporate branding.
NEWPORT NEWS, VA. — January 25, 2011 —Manselle Media (www.ManselleMedia.com)
CORE provides branding and marketing services with an emphasis on sales and profitability to corporate clients throughout the east coast. Prior to the acquisition, the two firms were competitors for certain market segments. Under the new deal, the CORE name and logo will continue to be used as a service mark for Manselle Media’s corporate ventures, while the Manselle Media name will now be used primarily within the entertainment, fashion and sports industries.
