Masha Music Academy Offers Music Classes and Music Lessons in Vocals & Musical Instruments in Lagos

Jan. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Masha Music Academy began in 2008 with the vision of music guru, Mrs. Glenda Masha.  Mrs. Masha has over 40 years work experience with children. Since then the school has grown steadily and quickly growing out of its original space.  The music school began with the goal of making music more accessible to Nigerians of all ages with an interest in music.  Mrs. Masha's unique experience in teaching children, combined with her love and passion for music are key ingredients to the success of the music school.

The music school began with a small of students interested in music and a about 3 music teachers that are just as devoted to sharing their love of music with eager students.  The music teachers at Masha Music Academy have experience across a variety of musical settings ranging from their local church choir to the Music Society of Nigeria (MUSON).  The music teachers are all highly qualified with degrees in music and taken and passed the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) practical and theory exam.

Masha Music Academy teaches a range of music instruments and provides individual private lessons in piano, guitar, voice, violin, cello, flute, clarinet, saxophone trumpet, trombone and drums for all ages taught by experienced, competent teachers.  There are group lessons for guitar, drums and recorder also. This ensures that whatever your interests, Masha Music Academy is willing to cater to it.

The Music School is open from 12:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday to Friday and from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays. Group lessons can be specially arranged with the music instructors. The opening hours presents flexibility to busy, working mothers to find a time that suits their schedules.  Music appointments are simply made ahead of time in either 30 minutes music lessons or 1 hour music classes.

Students at Masha Music Academy range from children as young as 3 years old to matures fathers and mothers.  The school was fortunate enough to have even a grandpa take classes! This range of ages and music experiences allows the students to share a wealth of knowledge and learn more about music for each other.
