After all insurance payments and adjustments are applied to the patient's account, we will bill the patient for any outstanding balance.

You can mail or fax the information to us, whichever works better for your office. We suggest that you assign an employee to act as a liason who will be responsible to ensure we receive all relevant information in a timely manner. To maximize cash flow, we recommend that your office sends us information on a daily basis. Information is normally processed by us within 24 hours of receipt.
