By: Michael Savitt The online reporting and action-planning system now allows users to generate an Engagement Report by Demographic (i.e., age, sex, tenure, etc.). This new feature will help organizations understand what demographics are exhibiting high levels of Engagement as well as those that should be targeted to increase their Engagement level. Users also have access to HR Solutions’ innovative Strategic Talent Management Map. The report enables organizations to identify their best managers, managers in need of coaching to improve their managerial skills, and managers that should potentially be transitioned out of a managerial role. In addition, the map categorizes managers into four levels (i.e., top quartile, second quartile, third quartile and bottom quartile) to aid in succession planning and highlight managerial performance and effectiveness. Furthermore, the system now grants access to Frequency Counts by Demographic and Work Group. Such an enhancement gives organizations the ability to learn how certain demographics and work groups (i.e., departments) One final enhancement in this release, Upgraded System Notifications, will present users with important information when they log in to ActionPro®.
