Florida’s largest free outdoor yoga event returns to West Palm Beach

Jan. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Living Fit Today, along with other local Yoga teachers, will teach free Yoga classes as part of 5th Annual West Palm Beach Yoga Day. This free community event, open to all skill levels, will be held Saturday, January 22nd, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Meyer Amphitheatre in downtown West Palm Beach. Over 1500 expected to attend.

Look for classes like yoga foundations, yoga for the core, kids yoga, partner, plus much more!  2 stages, 14 classes, plus shopping galore!   You don’t need to be flexible or stand on your head to practice Yoga!  Practiced by over 17 million Americans, Yoga challenges the body and calms the mind while providing a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
