New Music Artist Brittany Hill Learns To Fly

Pop/Rock/Country Single “Butterfly” Released Digitally In December
Jan. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Milford, Mass. resident and new music artist Brittany Hill recently released her debut single “Butterfly.” “Butterfly” is a downtempo pop/rock/country journey song. The song is about the metamorphosis that adversity can inspire, and appeals to audiences of various ages. It’s now available for download on iTunes, Amazon, and other digital retailers.

“I really, really like this song,” a musician who worked on the track said. “Brittany’s voice is very powerful.” Mostly acoustic, the arrangement has a down-to-earth organic feel that crosses over from the pop format to the country format with ease.

Songwriter/producer Daphne Tetreault worked with Hill on this track in her Pro Tools studio. They teamed up in the spring of 2010 and share a similar musical vision.

Hill is a senior in high school and has won numerous local and national vocal competitions. She is very involved in her school’s music department and plans to be a music major in college next year. This is the second song she’s recorded with Songbeat and has plans to make a mini-album.
