InMotion Real Estate Institute Joins Forces With Academy Mortgage and DR Horton Again

Jan. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- The agents poured into the wonderful club house in the Heritage Pointe community to get credit smart.  Maria Shirley and Angelique Reid were wonderful hostesses.  They greeted the agents with a warm smile, hot coffee, juice, and a variety of muffins, fruits, yogurts and danishes.  Later, a great lunch was served to the agents.   Maria Shirley shared the $15,000.00 DR Horton special and the one percent commission incentive for the agents present in today's class.  Mark Dannenmiller, Academy Mortgage, was also on hand to meet the agents and talk with them one-on-one if desired.

Juanita McDowell, InMotion Real Estate instructor, talked to the agents about credit and  identity theft.  She also lovingly chastised them about the importance of checking their credit reports twice a year.  Juanita showed a shocking video to the agents that demonstrated a simple, inexpensive device that can steal their identity in a flash.  The competitive spirit of the agents came out during the Credit Challenge game.  This is a game developed by the instructor using the reverse learning process to teach the agents.  The class was divided into two teams: "Wizards" and Rieses' Pieces".  The game remained tied throughout until the last question - the "Wizards" won!
