To update your tablet is to reset the system and cope with the problem with tablet.

Simple steps as follow:

1)Install the Driver  
2)Then Click to Open  
3)Select“TOOLS”,then select “OPTIONS”
4)Choose and click ,Don’t click
5) Click  to add firmware required,there are  and ，then click  
6) Move the button of tablet PC to“off” condition,connect tablet PC with the computer by USB cable.
7)Press the MUEN button and turn the power ON condition at the same time,then connect the tablet PC with your computer. Please note: You need to press on the MUEN button at least two seconds.

11) Please wait for around three to five minutes until there comes out green character. Then everyhting is done. Note: If there comes out red characters, it means the refreshment of the tablet PC system failure. Please go back to the fist step and do the operation once again.
