Jan. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- 1939 Hollywood is abuzz as famed producer David O. Selznick suspends filming of his latest epic because the script just isn't working.  He fires the director, sends for script doctor Ben Hecht, and pulls director Victor Fleming from the set of the Wizard of Oz.  Locked in his office, with shades drawn, and with only peanuts and bananas to sustain them, the three attempt to fashion the screen play that will come to be one of the most successful and beloved films of all time, Gone with the Wind.  This fast-paced farce by Ron Hutchinson takes a hilarious look at what might have happened during this time.

Moonlight and Magnolias is being directed by Bill King.  Actors include Rob Sullivan as David O. Selznick, Armand Marino as Ben Hecht, Tim Kelsey as Victor Fleming, and Liz Mahon as Miss Poppenguhl.

Dessert  Theater Performances are Friday Feb 11th & Sat Feb 12th at 8pm, Fri Feb 18th & Sat Feb 19th at 8pm, Sun Feb 20th at 2pm, and Fri Feb 25th & Sat Feb 26th at 8pm.
