Blue Asset Management LLC Moves to Wayne, New Jersey

Jan. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- (Wayne) Charles Blumenkehl, managing partner for Blue Asset Management LLC, announced his fund is moving their offices from Riverdale, New Jersey to a building acquired in Wayne, New Jersey. Blumenkehl says the move will be complete at the beginning of January, 2011.

Blumenkehl said the move is large and part economic, as his company will occupy less than one third of the space of their previous office. Blumenkehl said, “Our new location at 2282 Hamburg Turnpike was acquired by us a little over a year ago, and had only one leased tenant occupying 25% of the 40,000+ square foot property. Since then, we have added three new tenants, renegotiated the lease for the existing tenant allowing them to take on more space with a longer term lease at a lower per square foot price to them. Now that the building has been stabilized, we will be moving into the remaining space which will allow us to lower our operating costs substantially and create additional revenue opportunities at our former location for a professional tenant requiring a high traffic location.”

Blumenkehl added that as part of the move, his company is upgrading their internal operating systems, which will provide a higher level of service to their existing properties under management and their investors. “We will be able to provide more information quicker, and meet the increasing needs of our expanding portfolio of properties in New Jersey,” Blumenkehl said.
