Comedian/Celebrity Chef Michael Parise opens Event/Catering Company in Las Vegas!

Jan. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Michael Wheels Parise has been the opening act for the most shocking controversial comedian of our time, Andrew Dice Clay. Many of you know the Diceman from his pandemonium  Dice days of the 90's as well as Donald Trumps Celebrity Apprentice and slew of movies and television credits, well Michael Wheels Parise Dices's best friend, has been by his side the whole time playing opening act and road manager Dice for 20 plus years.

in 2003 Michael decided to hang up his microphone and pick up his old chef knives and get back in to the cooking world. from a hotel room in Miami while headlining the Improv he came up with an idea...Cannoli Kings. Cannoli Kings started as a Cannoli mail order business, sending cannoli kits to clients all over the country within 2 days. Michael became the Cannoli King boasting 300 plus flavors. Late 2003 Michael decided to branch off in to the catering business in Los Angeles and started doing small drop-offs in Los Angeles aout of his 1 bedroom West hollywood Apt with his newlywed wife Sherilene by his side and newly born daughter Catherine in her crib, Cannoli Kings was launched and soon to become "Los Angeles Favorite Catering Company" with in 1 year. Four years later, Cannoli Kings was voted..."Best catering in Los Angeles"

In 2007 Wheels costarred in the VH-1 reality show "Dice Rules" and that got him national attention as a Celebrity Chef. Michael played himself on the series and Cannoli Kings was featured in all 8 episodes.Cannoli Kings Catering caters to the likes of, Michael Jackson, Tyra Banks, Halle Berry, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Teri Hatcher just to name a small few.

Michael Wheels Parise still opens for the Diceman and he still runs the # 1 catering company in Los Angeles with kitchens in New york and LA, he decided to open, Parise Catering Las Vegas. when we asked Michael what his plans for Vegas will be, he said with a Gregorius smile "to be # 1 and take care of my clients".
