SK Jets Announces 5th Year to Receive ARG/US Platinum Rating

Jan. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- SK Jets is awarded the Aviation Research Group/ U. S. (ARG/US) Platinum Rating for the 5th year in a row. ARG/US International specializes in auditing aviation companies for premier safety and proper procedures. In addition to achieving platinum status for the 5th year in a row by ARG/US, SK Jets has also received the level II International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) certification.

The IS-BAO certification is awarded by safety auditors of International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) which audits aviation companies in three disciplines of Flight Operations, Engineering and Maintenance, and Safety Management Systems. To achieve a level II certification, your Safety Management Systems (SMS) must pass rigorous reviews by the organization’s auditors.

SK Jets was initially awarded the ARG/US platinum rating in 2006 and has been continuously obtained this status for the past five years. Smith is very involved in all aspects of his company and takes the maintenance and safety procedures to heart. Smith is not only the owner of the seven jets and two helicopter operations; he is one of the commonly requested pilots.
