So what is different about Cheesecake Symphonies?

The slogan may give it away:

“A Classic Symphony is an extended musical composition, composed almost always for orchestra.
Cheesecake Symphonies are heavenly compositions, composed almost always for friends and family.”


Whilst the internet is a great opportunity to distribute content and information, in the fast pace of the internet, originality and attention to detail is often a victim to the desire to attract visitors and make money.

Cheesecake Symphonies strongly believes to make  a simple thing, even like a Cheesecake, it requires attention to detail and passion. As with a classical orchestra, if not all members perform together with professionalism and passion, the outcome will not be the sound of a beautiful symphony, it will be just noise.

Professionalism and passion are also required if you want to bake a cheesecake or create any other outstanding meal. If you miss or ignore some minor detail or ingredient you will have created food but nothing which will give you greater joy.

Why  cheesecake? The answer is simple. Many people of the world love cheesecake. Even people that lived 2,000 years ago. Cheesecakes are  full of history and cheese has been around and produced since ancient times. The Greek Doctor Agemius, who lived around 500BC, is credited to have recorded one of the first cheesecake recipes.

Cato the Elder, a Roman Citizen has recorded in his book “De Agri Cultura” two recipes (Iibum and Placenta).

Chessecake Symphonies does not claim to continue the proud history of Agemius or Cato but it provides a place where people passionate about cheesecakes and other foods  can come together and share their passion.

The site http://www.cheesecake-symphonies.com/ is only 3 month old and yet it has already attracted more than 7,000 visitors.
