Something that can empower people to change their lives in a way few other things can.

Starting Thursday January 13, 2011 at 2 pm MST the online organization Free From Issues ( will begin exploring fear on their Blog. The post, called "Understand Fear And Where It Comes From", explains that there is actually four different types of fear. It also goes into detail about what those types of fear are and the impact that they have on our lives.

Then on Tuesday January 18, 2011 at 2 pm MST Free From Issues will continue the examination on their weekly podcast, "An Amazing Life Is Within Your Grasp". The episode, entitled "Understanding Nameless Formless Voiceless Fear", focuses on the most destructive type of fear there is. Free From Issues is a Calgary based online organization dedicated to helping people learn more about themselves and how to live a better life. This isn’t about teaching or telling people how they should live. Instead we offer people information, knowledge, and support to help them decide for themselves how they choose to life. The primary elements that we use to do this are the website, Free From Issues Blog, and the "An Amazing Life Is Within Your Grasp" Podcast.

We pride ourselves on the fact that the information we provide is both Free and complete. We don’t offer an introduction to the information and then make people pay to get the rest. Nor do we skimp or race through the things we offer and discuss. Everything we do is provided in as much detail as is appropriate to the topic being discussed and the location. Blog posts are meant to be smaller segments of information (about 1/2 to 1 page of text), whereas Podcasts are set around 10 minutes in length.
