Boston-based Avni mixes Eastern tradition with Western influence; offering contemporary, everyday-elegant designs made from 100% hand-dyed and woven fabrics crafted by artisans in Trivedi’s native India. Warrior Queen holds true to Avni’s mission to celebrate women’s strength, softness, and beauty, by focusing on silhouettes that highlight the feminine form through the juxtaposition of Trivedi’s sharp tailoring and soft draping. “I’m hoping to bring a different perspective with this new collection.
