Jan. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Testek is pleased to announce a firm order for a Hydraulic cart to support F-22 projects through Boeing.  Testek was selected among many different vendors for our known ACL derived design, robust structure and affordability

The Testek 9780-0041, based on the ACL system, is designed to provide conditioned red oil (Mil-H-5606, Mil-H-83282) hydraulic fluid to stationary aircraft under test.  The 9780-0041 is designed around a main variable volume, pressure compensated piston pump with a remote panel mounted pressure and volume control.  The system is equipped with two full flow supply outlet and returns and includes 30 foot hoses with appropriate adapters.  Fluid cooling is accomplished using a fan cooled air-to-oil heat exchanger.  System control and metering is provided on the front slope panel.  The system pressure and flow is monitored by digital meters that provide easy to see values in any environment.  The enclosure is a rugged steel design with weather resistant stainless steel panels for long life.

Testek offers a wide variety of hydraulic portable carts for both military and commercial service.  Standard military carts come in low flow for small rotary and fixed wing applications to large systems for the latest modern flying fleet.  Commercial carts are designed to withstand the fluid elements (Skydrol) and provide hydraulic flow and pressure to satisfy Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier, Gulfstream, and other manufacturer’s facility requirements.  

The Testek systems are the best of both worlds.  System designs are based on dependable legacy ACL carts that have been used for years. The design has been modernized and configured to meet today’s aircraft requirements utilizing Testek’s 40 year experience in fluid power and control.  The end result is a familiar system for our customers that provide high reliability and true fluid control in any environment.
