Geomatrix, LLC and S-Box, LLC Patent Infringement Suit Resolves

Geomatrix, LLC announces that the patent infringement litigation between Geomatrix, its founder David A. Potts and S-Box, LLC has resolved on confidential terms. S-Box, LLC has dissolved. Prior to its dissolution, S-Box, LLC assigned all rights and interests in the DPH approval of its products to Geomatrix. Geomatrix will endeavor to provide S-Box products along with their existing product line.

David Potts, Geomatrix President and Patentee states “We are extremely pleased with
the outcome of this case. Geomatrix cannot, and will not, allow the unauthorized use of
our Intellectual Property”.
