Barkey Barkerson® Secures Trademark To ‘Who’s Your Doggie?®’, ‘Dig Life®’

Jan. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- AURORA, IL - JANUARY 10, 2010 - Dog and people apparel company, Barkey Barkerson®, Inc. today announces ownership of the trademarks ‘Who’s Your Doggie?®’, ‘Dig Life®’, and ‘I Want My Dog’s Life®’.  The company has developed brands under each trademark.  Unauthorized use of the trademarks constitute infringement and can result in legal proceedings.

The ‘Who’s Your Doggie?’ trademarked brand, includes a line of people and dog apparel.  ‘Who’s Your Doggie?’ is a brand concept that asks pet parents to ‘think beyond the breed’ and let their dog’s personalities define who they are.  The brand offers several ‘answers’ to the Who’s Your Doggie? question in trendy apparel for men, women, kids and dogs.  For those pet parents whose pup sports attitude, there is ‘Leader of the Pack’ represented by the Barkey icon in hip sunglasses and baseball hat, and for those pet parents whose dog loves to accessorize, and ‘Barkanista’ represented by the Barkey icon in a pink tutu and sunglasses.  The line also features, ‘Over-Achiever’, and ‘Spoiled’.  The line will expand to include other personalities such as, ‘Little Diva’, ‘Rebel’, ‘Licker’, ‘Bone Cruncher’ and more.
