Long Term Campaign to Render Body Scanners Moot
Body Scanner Attitude announces long term Campaign to Render Naked Body Scanners Moot, commencing Valentine's Day, February 14, 2011.
Design your own, paint your own, or buy from our large assortment. Our apparel is specifically designed to be non-concealing, leaving TSA no excuse to body-feel you, serving instead the purpose of freedom of expression and good ol' American protest. Thus, together, we will find out if TSA's “enhanced pat downs” are really about security. We need brave souls to push back against TSA, because we can no longer simply avoid TSA by avoiding flying. TSA has announced plans to expand its egregious strip-search methods to all other forms of public transportation, as well as to sports stadiums and other large gathering places, promising to come after us and strip-search us wherever we work and play, in unAmerican police state fashion.
We reject TSA's declaration that it cannot achieve security without photographically strip-searching and body-feeling every traveling man, woman, and child. We reject TSA's intention to eventually X-ray every working subway commuter twice a day. If Italian and Israeli ingenuity can solve travel security without striping their citizens of all human dignity, so can American ingenuity.
Brave air travelers stepping forward now to reclaim true ownership of their own naked body images, and risking creepy invasive body-feels by TSA, will render the expanding deployment of high-priced naked body scanner photography equipment moot and non-cost-effective, and render the expanding government database of our naked body images ridiculous and absurd. We must reverse this growing crime against humanity now.
We extend our gratitude to all who participate in this campaign.
