Shonika Proctor is an American citizen who took it upon herself to leave America to assist Chilean youth and teens to become entrepreneurs. She is a teen business coach who has a history of transforming teens and youth from the idea and concept stage to leading sustainable, income generating businesses.

One could say Shonika Proctor has a calling because in September 2010, she uprooted from her home in Washingon, DC, left her clients, friends, family and significant other to be a Dream Walker by helping over 300 teens at a high school in rural Chile, Puerto Montt to be exact.

A little background will help you appreciate just how committed Shonika Proctor is when it comes to her passion for helping teens learn entrepreneurship. The community Shonika is working in is economically depressed, with the poorest families earning only $100 per month and the average family earning only $300 per month.

The reality of poverty set in when Shonika learned the school does not have toilet paper, no central heating or air conditioning and there are no school buses, thus some of the students walk between 3-6 miles to school and back each day.

Matias Gonzalez is Shonika Proctor's Chilean business partner. Matias is the Tony Robbins of Latin America. He inspires youth and teens in Chile to live their dreams, no matter what the situation is. Matias emphasizes youth and teens in Chile should change their perspective in order to change their reality and his message is loud and clear.

Shonika Proctor and Matias Gonzalez are  making a tremendous difference in the lives of teens and youth in Chile. They are leading a fundraising effort to assist teens, its called "Rebuild Chile!" Shonika and Matias will provide more background on their project, so you can assist them in their efforts to assist youth and teens to become entrepreneurs, its the only way youth will be able to live their dreams.
