JT Stodd Receives Prestigious UC-Irvine Extension 2010 Distinguished Instructor Award

Jan. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- IRVINE, CALIF. — James T.  Stodd, SPHR, organizational planning and design consultant, change agent, and seasoned executive, was recognized by the University of California-Irvine Extension as a recipient of its “2010 Distinguished Instructor Award”, on December 3, 2010.  

Presented by Dr. Gary W. Matkin, Dean of UCI Extension on behalf of the UCI Extension Awards Committee, the award is granted to selected recipients in recognition of their distinguished service to the UC-Irvine Extension Program, as well as their role in helping the organization succeed.

The Award presentation took place at the annual Instructor and Advisory Committee Member Appreciation Breakfast held on Friday December 3rd at the UCI University Club.  Along with Dean Gary Matkin, other special guests included Executive Vice Chancellor Michael Gottfredson, and Law School Dean Erwin Chemerinsky.

“The Distinguished Instructor Award has true significance and relevance,” said Stodd.  “Being recognized by the University as one of its best teachers is truly an honor, and I’m extremely proud and grateful to have been selected,” Stodd concluded.
