Gerald L. Price, M.D., Joins Visiting Physicians Association® Office in Cincinnati

Jan. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Cincinnati, OH – Visiting Physicians Association® (“VPA®”, www.visitingphysicians.com) announced the addition of Gerald L. Price, M.D., to its Cincinnati East office located at 4435 Aicholtz Rd., Suite 200. The Cincinnati East office covers Adams, Brown, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties.

The hiring of Price places him among the more than 150 highly qualified physicians available to assist in the diagnosis and ongoing medical treatment of seniors across 31 locations in nine states.  VPA, America’s leader in house call medicine and specialists in geriatric care, also has offices in Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.  

Price is Board Certified through the American Academy of Family Practitioners and brings more than 30 years of family medical experience to VPA.  Most recently, he served as a staff family practice physician at Health Source of Ohio in Hillsboro, a community health center. He saw 20-25 adult and geriatric patients per day with both chronic and acute illnesses.

Price earned his medical doctorate from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Mexico and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Cincinnati where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology.  He is licensed in both Ohio and Indiana and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians.
