Embarassed About My Figure, How Should I Lose Weight?

Actually, you can just eat a lot of red grapes! I started eating them (about a 1/2 bag a day) just for the antioxidants. But, I ended up losing 9 pounds by accident!

So I checked it out and it turns out that is a benefit they have! My girlfriend did it and she lost lots too! Then, I told someone else and he did too! It is amazing! And natural! I just pop them in my mouth all day long! I look a little silly carrying my grapes around, but it works so well I just don't care! I didn't change anything else in my diet either! But, I found a link to back my findings!

first off, never be embarrassed about yourself always flaunt it no matter what.
But anyways as for losing weight start making healthier choices. Next time you go grocery shopping make sure to hit the veggie and fruit section and just stock up on all those items because they are good for you. If you eat meat make sure it's lean meats don't eat fried! I don't believe in counting calories because it may become an obsession but for someone who is just starting out it won't hurt to write down what you ate just for you to get a visual but after a few weeks I think it's best to eat nutritious foods and don't count calories. Exercise is very important if you don't exercise it's hard to keep off the weight and as a plus it will make you feel better. Find a local gym or just go for a jog, you can even find a sport or dance that you really enjoy. I also advise not to eat fast food, no matter if it claims it's healthy or not, there is nothing better than making your own meal and eating your own fresh fruits and veggies.
