Feb. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of single-family homes, multi-family homes and condominiums in Bristol County, Massachusetts decreased in November 2010, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerage.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, the local multiple listing service.

Single-family home sales in Bristol County, MA decreased 33.4 percent in November 2010, a difference of 104 sales compared to November 2009. The median price of single-family homes fell 0.8 percent in November 2010 compared to November of the previous year, a difference of $2,000.

Condominiums sales in Bristol County, MA also decreased in November, dropping 43.5 percent compared to November 2009, a difference of 30 sales. The median price of condominiums dropped 34.4 percent compared to the previous year, a difference of $67,000.

Multi-family home sales decreased 24.3 percent compared to November of 2009, a difference of 16 sales. The median price of multi-family homes dropped 16.3 percent compared to November of 2009, a difference of $30,950.
