This allows a seamless transition as the products move to pre-production manufacturing of the components for clinical trials. LasX PMCG is advancing their unique process capabilities such as in-line web based precision laminating technology which will allow high volume production of laminated structures where one layer is laser cut and precision laminated to a pre-processed layer. Additional technologies will include TracSoft™ edge detection that will provide unprecedented web edge to feature tolerances and metallization removal on polyester substrates to isolate circuit traces.
