“As a result of this property’s location near to Valley Hospital and several local and regional thoroughfares, as well as the availability of ample parking, we saw a tremendous opportunity to reposition 2 Sears Drive to offer medical office condominiums, of which there are very few in the immediate vicinity,” stated Alexander von Summer III, Managing Partner at Alexander Summer. “As opposed to other types of users, healthcare practitioners often prefer a purchase agreement to a lease agreement, as a result of the investment benefits, and because medical users typically stay in one location for longer in order to remain accessible to their patients.”

The architects were also careful to design the buildings so as to maximize natural sources such as light and wind.
