Carney’s Kids Foundation Appoints Five New Board Members

Dec. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- (ST. LOUIS) – Carney’s Kids Foundation, a locally based not-for-profit group that raises money and awareness for children’s charitable organizations, has recently appointed five new members to its existing board.

The new members include:

•   Cyndee England, marketing and communications consultant
•   Ann Marie Mayuga, AMM Communications, LLC
•   Tracy Moore, SPHR, Major Brands Premium Beverage Distributors

“Our Foundation is run by 100 percent volunteer support and we have no paid staff. Our goal as a volunteer board is to raise money for St. Louis area not-for-profit organization whose primary goal is to improve the lives of children,” said John Carney, Foundation founder and president.

Carney’s Kids Foundation, a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code, through public events and media exposure, provides financial support and creates positive publicity for not-for-profit organizations whose primary goal is to improve the lives of children.
