How to Pay It Forward while Improving Your Business

Dec. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- For years we’ve been encouraged to give more to charity at Christmas and this year a creative way to help those truly in need by simply donating your time has been released.  By watching a training video on how to free up more time in your business, individuals can help build a house for a family in need in Kenya.

Andrew Baird from Amazing Business explains more “In September I heard about a great charity doing work in Kenya building schools, helping people be more self sufficient – and building houses for those in need.  Because they have a foundation that supports their charitable work most of the money you donate goes direct to those in need – not to administrative costs.”

“I made it a dream of mine to build a house for someone in Kenya through this charity, and in Early December I came up with the idea of releasing one of our paid training videos for free to help more business owners in 2011.  To make my dream come true we set a target of 1000 viewers of our training video – at which point we will donate the money to build a house for a family desperately in need in Kenya”

The training video has been getting rave reviews from Business owners from Texas to Australia – and before any press releases were made had already reached over 100 views from people sharing it on Facebook and other social media sites.

Of course not all feedback has been positive; some have been cynical of the promotion as purely a marketing stunt.  Kim Baird one of the directors explains why they’ve got it wrong “The video is freely available with no opt in required – or in fact any information about viewers at all.  This truly is a case of us giving away a house in Kenya to someone in desperate need while sharing one of our valuable training videos free to business owners from all over the world.”
