Jan dedicates her first work with The Relevant Stage to her inspiration: The Warner Grand Theatre is owned by the City of Los Angeles, and the large attendance at the opening night performance caught many off guard, and intermission had to be extended to accommodate long lines at concessions and restrooms. However, every audience member left smiling after a spirited performance by the cast including, Scrooge actor, Jack E. Curenton. This special night was made even more special following the curtain call, as an actor from prior TRS productions (Justin Brooks) took the opportunity to propose marriage in front of the live audience. Upon acceptance, the audience roared. Don't miss "The Christmas Carol" performing four more times - Dec 22, 23 at 8PM and 24 and 26 at 2:30 PM.
