StepStone Solutions launches free, online infographics portal for HR professionals
Online reference resource blends research data with live social media feeds to highlight performance management trends and impacts.

Recent performance management trends highlighted in the portal include:
• Just 33 per cent of employees believe that their organisation’
• A 5 per cent increase in engagement could drive a 25 per cent increase in profitability;
• Organisations with high levels of employee development and engagement earn twice as much income per employee as those that do little or none.
Visitors to the infographics portal can also access a number of free online tools including a Performance Management Assessment and a Business Case Builder. In addition a free Insight Paper, ‘The Business Impact of Performance Management: Understanding the Ripple Effect’ is available for download via the site.
In addition to aggregating analyst data, the site analyses social media to show how performance management is discussed online. Live statistics show how frequently topics such as performance, productivity, and engagement are mentioned on Twitter, and the site also provides a live feed of Tweets on these subjects. Finally, an Internet ‘buzz’ widget enables users to enter their own search terms to see how widely they are discussed.
